I never, ever dreamed that I would one day write a Storybook Bible, but dreams do come true! Say hello to I Wonder: Exploring God’s Grand Story, my very first illustrated Bible releasing today!
I usually celebrate my book launches with a three-book giveaway, but this time, let’s do FOUR! Written for children aged 4-10 and gorgeously illustrated by Alessandra Fusi, each of the thirty stories is followed by three ‘I Wonder’ questions that invite the reader to ponder their part in God’s grand story.
Read on to peek inside the book, see some examples of the wondering questions, admire the beautiful artwork and then be sure to enter the giveaway!
No one heard the Word. The birds didn’t hear it. The trees didn’t
hear it. The mountains didn’t hear it … because they had not
been created yet. The Word came soft, like a whisper when there was
nothing. The Word came into an empty world where it hovered and
hung over the darkness of the deep. And just for a moment, there
was nothing but silence. And when the time was just right, God’s
voice echoed into the silence and whispered the world into being.
So begins the I Wonder Bible. And just look at the stunning illustrations that accompany my words…

My truly talented friend. You have touched so many lives! I’ve been a bit overwhelmed and have not kept up like I should but you, David and families are on my mind and heart. It is hard to pick just one Bible story. May you have many more successful books.
Oh, Robin, you are such a good friend. Bless you!

Absolutely, Joan! Thanks so much for entering!

I love that story too, Leslee!
